C1. An exchange can be requested only if the item delivered, is wrong. Please ensure the exchanged item is in its original packaging with tag.

2. Lady's Cargo does not take responsibility in cases of colour variations due to photo-taking or monitor settings, or difference in measurement.

3. Orders will be automatically cancelled if it is still not paid when spree closes.

4. All payments shall only be made to POSB Savings 109-90348-5
5. Meet ups will only be at SEMBAWANG MRT.

6. Product prices are inclusive of Shipping charges.

7. Customers opting for Normal postage, please pay extra $2.50 (subsequent items add 50cents).
For Registered postage, please pay $2.50 on top of normal postage charges. (subsequent items add $1)

8. We will not be responsible of any lost mails should you opt for a Normal Postage.

9. No haggling of prices.

10. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies and T&Cs at any point of time.
